One on One Support
I offer one on one support for men on a limited basis. I say limited because I believe that finding the right support is critical. I am not the right fit for everyone. Please read about my approach below and if it resonates, schedule a call.
My approach is deeply rooted and informed by my own healing and transformational journey within the men’s work movement. Over time, as a devoted student of this path, I’ve developed spaces and practices that blend ancient wisdom with contemporary approaches.
I’m not a guru, coach, or licensed practitioner. I’m here to help you access the inner wisdom and strength you already possess. I believe the body, mind, and spirit hold profound knowledge; we just need the right support and guidance to face ourselves and alchemize our own shadows and experiences into the gold of our future.
In our work together, I’ll listen to your story, your struggles, and your goals. If I’m the right fit for your journey, we’ll create a personalized roadmap for exploration. If not, I’ll do my best to recommend someone who can meet your needs. I will only work with you if we are both 100%. Finding the right support is critical.
I approach this with humility, compassion, and a deep passion for the transformative power of men’s work.
If you’re here, I know life isn’t perfect right now. I want you to know you’re not alone, and nothing is wrong with you. The feelings your experiencing are valid. We live in an overstimulated, isolating, and often unkind world that teaches us to suppress and endure instead of express and heal. That’s not okay or healthy, no matter how normalized it’s become.
A mentor (Vince Matoska) once told me about a man who said he was “pushing a shopping cart full of ‘fuck its,’” and I found that both hilarious and deeply relatable. My invitation to you is this: lean in, face the fear of confronting yourself, and say “fuck it.” There hasn’t been a day that I am not profoundly grateful for the moment I said “fuck it” and took the first step in prioritizing myself.
If you’re local, I invite you to come to an open circle to get a sense of men’s work and what it can provide. If not, let’s hop on a call and begin the process of being seen, heard, and supported.
If you’re ready, please schedule a 15 minute introduction call so we can connect.
With reverence,
Loghan
